The secure mobile ID application offers a range of functionalities aimed at enhancing user convenience and accessibility. Users can:

• View their most recent ID card in real-time, ensuring easy access to essential information.
• Access the ID cards for their spouse and dependents included in their insurance plan.
• Email or fax any ID card to healthcare providers, such as doctor's offices, hospitals, or pharmacies.
• Find links to locate doctors, urgent care facilities, or hospitals.
• Obtain directions and contact information for any healthcare provider that has been searched.

To enable secure access to these features, users must:

1. Download the application.
2. Input their member ID number.
3. Provide a 4-digit Year of Birth (####).

It is important to note that the myHAP CARD does not guarantee eligibility; verification by the provider at the time of the visit remains necessary. Additionally, scenarios involving dual coverage are not accommodated within this application, resulting in users with multiple HAP policies only being able to view the most recent card received.
